You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmapalaf account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phmapalaf immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phmapalaf will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
phmapalaf is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by phmapalaf as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
phmapalaf accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ). phmapalaf does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phmapalaf account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. phmapalaf is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and compliance with phmapalaf's anti-money laundering procedures. phmapalaf reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. All content on the phmapalaf Platform โ including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design โ is the property of phmapalaf or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non -commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of phmapalaf.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmapalaf, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
phmapalaf does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, phmapalaf's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions.
You may close your phmapalaf account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. phmapalaf operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phmapalaf's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
